This website is a personal and academic portfolio with no direct commercial purpose. My philosophy regarding your privacy is simple: I do not collect unnecessary personal information, I do not track you across the Internet, and I do not sell your data. Below is the legal information required by Spanish and European regulations.

5. Hosting & Third Parties

For technical operation, this site uses third-party services that process necessary technical data (logs, IP addresses) to serve content:
  • Vercel: Hosting and Deployment. This website is served via the global infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes browser requests and logs IP addresses strictly for technical purposes (security, DDoS protection, and performance).
  • GitHub: Code Repository. The source code of this project is Open Source and hosted on GitHub Inc. (Microsoft) servers. While it does not serve the website directly to users, it acts as the source of truth for continuous deployment.
  • Cloudinary: Media Optimization. Images and videos are served through the Cloudinary Ltd. CDN, processing traffic data to optimize visual delivery.
  • The processing of this technical data is based on Legitimate Interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to guarantee network security and the correct technical delivery of the requested content.

6. Cookie Policy

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use local storage (LocalStorage) or essential technical cookies to remember your preferences for:
  • Selected language (Spanish/English)
  • Visual theme (Light/Dark)
